Michigan’s public schools should not have to compete for scraps from a voucher program designed to benefit private schools. Federal vouchers are NOT a done deal in Michigan.

Governor Whitmer still has a choice: protect Michigan’s public schools and keep public dollars in public education.

Yesterday, we worked with Black Youth Votes Michigan , Identify Your Dream and their partners at the Lighthouse of Oakland County and the City of Pontiac to create something special for the youth. It provided them with something fun and safe to do before heading back to school. Thank you to everyone who came together to make this possible.
