MARLEY has been doing AMAZING with Aleia and her husband, who are first time fosters! They have absolutely spoiled her with love, patience, and care, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they’ve done. ❤️

Next week, Marley has a meet and greet! If all goes well, she could be one step closer to her forever home. While saying goodbye is never easy, that’s the beautiful part of fostering. You become the bridge between a dog’s past and the life they were always meant to have.

⭐ Annie Update ⭐

Thank you to everyone who submitted an application for Annie! We are currently reviewing applications and checking vet records. If your vet records are approved, you will receive an email with the next steps in the adoption process. We anticipate sending those emails by the July 4 weekend.

As always, if multiple applicants are approved, we will carefully choose the home we feel is the very best fit for Annie and her needs.

Thank you for cheering this sweet girl on and following her journey! In the meantime, Annie is having an absolute blast spending time with our amazing volunteers and soaking up all the love. ❤️

Rescue life means my last two hair appointments got canceled because, well… pugs. 🤣

I was determined not to cancel on my stylist a third time, so Willie came along for the ride. Judging by this photo, I don’t think he minded one bit. ❤️

From emergency surgery to snoozing through a hair appointment, our little pirate is settling into the good life. 🏴‍☠️🐾

🏴‍☠️ One Eyed Willie: The Story Begins 🏴‍☠️

Just a few days ago, Willie was dropped off as a stray at the emergency vet with a severely damaged eye. Thanks to our incredible donors, we were able to get him the surgery he desperately needed, and his eye has now been removed. ❤️

Now, Willie is officially on the road to recovery! His other eye isn’t looking great, so we’ll be scheduling an appointment with the eye specialist to make sure he gets the best care possible.

Despite everything he’s been through, Willie is one of the happiest little boys we’ve ever met. His tail never stops wagging, and he’s taking it all in stride.

For the next couple of weeks, Willie will be sporting a cone 24/7 while he heals. We fully expect that cone to be dented, scratched, and covered in evidence of his adventures by the time he’s done with it. 🤣

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, and cheered him on. Because of you, Willie gets the fresh start he deserves. ❤️🐾 This is one rescue story you won’t want to miss 🫶🏼

🏴‍☠️ Willie has officially been picked up, and now the healing begins! ❤️🐾. Thank you to EVERYONE who donated, shared his story, and cheered him on. Because of your support, this little guy is getting the care he desperately needs.

We named him Willie for obvious reasons. 🏴‍☠️😉

We’ll keep the updates coming! ❤️
