Last night was cold and stormy. The kind of evening that feels moody and quietly full of contemplation and woe. We all experience those fretful moments where we want brighter days, certainty , a clear path ahead. What we all have to remember, particularly those struggling with their mental health, is that there IS a way out of the darkness. Seek shelter that supports but not where you can hide. Evidence based treatment, physical or mental, is the first door you should open to step out of storm you are facing. Wishing everyone a bright , healthy Monday. The Sunday Scary has already passed.
