Residents were taking note at our July Resident Meeting! 📝

Each month, Council Towers residents in Miami Beach come together with our team to stay informed, connect, share feedback, and learn more about what’s happening in their community. Property Manager Jack and Service Coordinator Sixto shared important community updates, policy changes, available resources, and upcoming information before opening the floor for questions and resident feedback.

Across EHDOC communities, resident meetings are an important part of keeping the lines of communication open. They provide opportunities for residents to stay informed, connect with their community teams, ask questions, and make their voices heard. It’s all part of EHDOC’s commitment to creating communities where residents feel informed, connected, valued, and at home.

September is Healthy Aging Month!

🌊The Waves of Impact from our July WOI Staff Conference continue to spread! 🌊

Our EHDOC staff member Cherene, Service Coordinator at our Steelworkers Tower community in Pittsburgh, was unable to attend the WOI “Learning, Leading and Thriving as One” off-site leadership meeting in late July. But the Waves of Impact continued.

Imagine Cherene’s surprise as she opened her mail to find two award certificates! “They brought me to tears,” she shared.
