A beautiful moment from Chateau Des Amis in Ville Platte, LA.

An appreciative resident at Chateau Des Amis recently shared two special videos with us to recognize and thank Property Manager Eric Fruge.
In one video, Mr. Fruge is seen hard at work mopping floors when maintenance was out for the day - a simple but powerful example of the care and dedication he brings to the community. Turn on the volume to hear the resident expressing her heartfelt gratitude.

In the second video, the residents and staff present Mr. Fruge with a Certificate of Achievement to show their appreciation.
The thankful resident shared: “We presented our loving, caring, and supportive Manager, Mr. Eric Fruge, with a certificate and a card from Chateau Des Amis for his dedication and all he does for us.”

The presentation gave residents the opportunity to learn more about how the phone works, ask questions, and understand how this resource can help make everyday communication easier and more accessible.

Many residents will now be able to receive this phone at no cost, helping them stay better connected with family, friends, healthcare providers, and important services.

On March 19th, an afternoon of bingo, connection, and community was enjoyed by all at Council Towers North in Miami Beach, FL!

Residents enjoyed a free Senior Bingo event hosted by Mount Sinai Eldercare, featuring three lively rounds of bingo and the chance to win prizes.

Events like these are a great reminder of how meaningful simple moments can be — time spent together, laughter around the table, and opportunities for residents to stay engaged with their neighbors and community partners.

Smiles were everywhere as residents enjoyed a recent Walmart trip made possible through a new shuttle program sponsored by the City of Miami Beach.

Beginning in March, a 24-passenger shuttle began transporting residents from both buildings to Walmart — something many residents had been hoping for and looking forward to for a long time.

Residents shared how much they enjoyed the trip, the experience, and the kindness of the driver along the way. Programs like this help encourage independence, community engagement, and meaningful everyday experiences for residents.
