Phase 1: South American Initiative is working towards producing clean drinking water for locals in troubled areas. This will be made possible by building solar power water stations that take moisture from the air to help filter the water. This will be obtained through food donations, opening of soup kitchens, and farming education will provide locals with the necessary resources and how-to on maki
ng use of the terrain in order reap its benefits. Being that Latin American countries are prone to natural disasters such as earth quakes and flooding. This step is crucial in making sure that locals have the proper items needed at their disposal in the event that a natural disaster occurs. Phase 4: will concentrate on the future of education for both children and adults. South American Initiative will focus on providing scholarships and learning supplies to locals who wouldn’t have the necessary means to obtain it on their own. The end goal of this phase is for children and adults to use their education to better not only their lives, but their family as well given their current individual situation. South American Initiative is a non-profit charity that runs on donations and the use of government grants. There are no paid staff members, and everyone that is a part of the organization are volunteers. At South American Initiative our main goal is help improve the living conditions in Latin America. Whether its by providing clean drinking water, food donations, emergency health supplies, or education. South American Initiative will always make paving the way for a better future in Latin America the forefront of our charity.
