First night at a new track and the turnout was great. Jason decided since it was just a few degrees cooler to throw 3-1600’s at us. Track was good. A little strange only having 4 lanes but surface is great. The only thing was dodging the sprinklers in the infield as we were leaving.😀

We knew this was coming, Plano Senior High School is now locked up in the evenings. We are moving our track/interval workouts to Schimelpfenig middle school located at 2400 Maumelle Dr. It’s a new 4 lane track.

Plano Pacer Fall Fling 2 & 5 mile start

Plano Pacers have asked me "how many pictures do you take of me" "how do you get me with both feet off the ground" "why do other people look so much better" All good questions. Here are pictures of three runners at last months 3x3K. If you're not blocked by other runners or part of a group coming in, I'll capture 10 to 15 pictures of you. When I get home, I'll spend a couple hours culling through 3000 to 4000 pictures, with the goal of posting a picture that you will be proud to share with your friends and family. When you see my signs on both sides of the trail and want a great picture, make eye contact with me (safely) and try to smile. I wear the neon yellow hat and shirt so that I'm easy to spot AND involuntarily forcing your eyes to glance toward me. I look forward to capture you racing to the finish at tomorrows race.
