Get ready for football season by making your own Fall Football Door Hanger! 🏈🍂

Join the Hale County Extension Office on August 19th from 5:30–7:30 p.m. for a fun painting party! You’ll get to choose your team colors and create a door hanger perfect for showing off your football spirit!

💲 Cost: $40 — includes all supplies and instruction!

What a way to end summer with our 4-H Shooting Sports kids! ☀️💦🍔 We had a blast swimming, hanging out with friends, and cooking out with plenty of hamburgers!

So thankful for this amazing group of kids and the friendships we’ve built through 4-H Shooting Sports. These are the moments and memories that make all the hard work worth it!

We’ve had an incredible year, and we can’t wait to see what 2026–27 has in store for this crew! 🎯🏹✨ Here’s to another year of learning, growing, competing, and making memories together! 🍀

We are so excited to celebrate the end of another great year with our RWD 4-H Shooting Sports family!

We are still looking for a few sponsors for our 2025–2026 Running Water Draw 4-H Top Shot Buckles! These custom buckles are a special way to recognize our top shooters for their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments throughout the year.

If you or your business would like to help sponsor a buckle, any amount is greatly appreciated! You can sponsor an entire buckle for $150 or contribute any amount toward one.

Join us for our Pool Party on Saturday, August 8th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Plainview Aquatics Center. After swimming, we'll head over for a cookout and enjoy some great food and fellowship together!

We can't wait to celebrate an awesome year with all of our SS families before we gear up for another exciting season.

Today is the LAST DAY to register your team for the 29th Annual Bob Benson Memorial & District 2 4-H Excell Golf Tournament!

🏹 Calling All Archers! 🏹

Registration is now open for the Tri-State Fair Archery Contest in Amarillo! Don't wait to sign up—they are limiting the competition to the first 80 archers, and spots are expected to fill quickly!

📅 Contest Date: Monday, September 21
💲 Entry Fee: $50 (increases to $100 beginning September 2)

✨ New this year: The Top Senior Archer will receive a $1,000 scholarship!

📚 Bonus: This event qualifies as an excused school absence, making it a great opportunity to compete while representing our club.

🎉 Congratulations to Kleat Barrett and Caleb Williamson on an outstanding season!

Kleat earned his first 25 Straight leather Patch...what an exciting milestone and a testament to all of his hard work and dedication!

Caleb wrapped up the season with an incredible 9 Straight 25 Leather Patches, an amazing accomplishment that reflects his consistency and commitment throughout the year.

We are so proud of both of these young men and everything they achieved this season. Keep up the great work—we can't wait to see what you'll accomplish next year! Congratulations, Kleat and Caleb! 👏
