Learning Beyond the Classroom!

Students are turning Pittsburgh’s green spaces into classrooms through hands-on outdoor learning, environmental exploration, and mentorship with Tree Pittsburgh.

Participants will:
Plant flower and garden seeds to take home 🌼
Learn to identify trees in the urban forest 🌳
Recognize and remove invasive plants 🌿
Observe nature “wake up” during the spring season ☀️
