You never know what might spark something in a young person.

What started as kids answering questions about summer quickly turned into one camper grabbing the mic to interview other campers!

Moments like these remind us how powerful it is to give kids opportunities to try new things. A little encouragement can build confidence, inspire leadership, and help young people discover passions they never knew they had 🫢🏽

Summer camp is about so much more than field trips and ice cream. It is about creating a safe place where kids can learn, grow, build friendships, and simply enjoy being kids all summer long β˜€οΈ

We asked our Club kids what they are most excited for this summer and their answers said it best: friends, snacks, field trips, and learning new things πŸ’™

This week, City Council preliminarily approved Councilman Bobby Wilson's Ordinance 2025-2250, which restricts v**e shops in Downtown Pittsburgh, neighborhood business districts, and near schools. We applaud the passage of this legislation, which aligns with our goals of uplifting the health of the children and teenagers we serve and helping youth avoid risky behaviors

Thank you to Councilman Bobby Wilson, Councilperson Bob Charland, Councilperson Erika Strassburger (Pittsburgh City Council District 8), and Council President Daniel Lavelle for their leadership on this important issue.

Our teens joined Pittsburghers for Public Transit at the State Capitol to advocate for expanded access to public transit.

They met with Jay Costa and Lindsay Powell to share how reliable transportation helps them get to Club programming and access opportunities across our region.

We're proud of our teens for using their voices to create change. Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible!
