To our BGCWPA families, thank you for trusting us with your Club Kids this summer.

We know that choosing where your child spends their summer is a big decision. Thank you for trusting our team to provide a safe, welcoming space surrounded by caring mentors who are here to help your child learn, grow, explore, and have fun.

We’re proud to offer more than a place for kids to go when school is out. We’re a community where young people can build friendships, discover new interests, try new things, and create memories that last beyond the summer.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s summer and for trusting us to care for what matters most.

Summer experiences like these don’t happen alone. 💙

Today, we’re celebrating the incredible partners who invested in our Club Kids and helped make Summer Around the World possible.

Because of your support, our youth had opportunities to explore new places, meet new people, learn new skills, and experience things they may not have otherwise had the chance to experience.

From field trips and special events to hands-on learning, career exploration, volunteer experiences, and so much more, you helped make this summer bigger, brighter, and full of possibility.

We’re starting with the incredible staff who show up for our Club Kids every day.

Summer camp takes a lot of planning, patience, creativity, energy, and heart. From leading activities and creating new experiences to building relationships and making sure every Club Kid feels safe and supported, our staff poured so much into Summer Around the World.

Behind every field trip, activity, game, meal, laugh, and memory is a team of people who care deeply about our youth.

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Summer Around the World at Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania! 🌎☀️

From new adventures and experiences to friendships and memories made along the way, our Club Kids made this summer one to remember.

Being part of a community that invests in and believes in our Club Kids makes it all worth it.

This work is about creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow, explore, and have fun, and we’re so grateful we get to do it alongside them.

We had the best time celebrating our Learn & Earn Teens and the incredible opportunity they had through our partnership with Carnegie Museum of Natural History! 🏛️

Throughout the summer, our teens got an inside look at what it takes to work in a museum. They explored the Carnegie Museums learned about different career paths, shadowed professionals, and so much more.

One of the most special parts was seeing our teens discover how something as simple as a dinosaur, something they have loved since they were kids, could become a career. Bringing that possibility to life was so exciting to see!

We are incredibly grateful to Carnegie Museum of Natural History for partnering with us to create such a meaningful experience for our teens. We could not have done it without you! 💙

For 13 summers, the ProspHire team has shown up for Club kids, creating moments filled with connection, learning, and fun. ✨

This year, their team joined us at our Carnegie Clubhouse for a day in the life of a summer camp Club Kid, participating in art activities, STEM experiences, and spending time getting to know our campers. They also packed more than 200 snack packs for Club Kids to take home and enjoy after the day was over.

Thank you, ProspHire for 13 years of supporting our mission and helping create experiences that remind our kids they have a community cheering them on. 💙
