These IEEE IAS Technical Committees are responsible for the solicitation and selection of papers for presentation at IEEE Conferences, and publication recommendations in the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications, the IEEE Industry Applications Magazine, the IEEE Open Journal of Industry Applications, or other major IEEE journals. Moreover, IEEE IAS Technical Committees are responsible for the initiation, preparation and formulation of Standards, Specifications, Operating and Application Guides, Test Procedures and Recommended Practices for issue in accordance with IEEE regulations. Technical Committees within IEEE IAS also provide technical assistance to chapters formed within their respective scope.
