We are happy to offer annual financial support to eligible EDS Chapters, Joint Chapters, and Student Branch Chapters through the Chapter Subsidy Program. Funding may support activities aligned with EDS fields of interest, including technical meetings, membership promotion, local expenses for invited speakers and Distinguished Lecturers, chapter meeting promotion and administrative expenses, and student activities.

Call for Papers 📣 Special Topic on Ferroelectric Memory, Storage, and Compute for AI Systems: Devices, Integration, and Silicon Demonstrations

IEEE EDS members are invited to contribute to an upcoming special topic of the EDS-sponsored IEEE Journal on Exploratory Solid-State Computational Devices and Circuits (JxCDC).

The special topic will focus on ferroelectric technologies for AI systems, with research spanning devices, integration, memory and storage, compute architectures, and silicon demonstrations.

Researchers working in these areas are encouraged to submit their work and contribute to this focused collection of advances in ferroelectric technologies and AI hardware.

Submission Deadline: 15 November 2026
Target Publication Date: 1 February 2027
