We are thrilled to introduce our community to Zeke, a brave young boy receiving integrative treatments supported by CRT. Zeke's family was kind enough to share a little more about his journey with us:

"Zeke is a competitive soccer player and enjoys drawing, reading, piano, and life. He has 3 brothers and a sister. He is the “middle” child.

He was having rib/chest pain in December of 2025, and was diagnosed with Ewings like sarcoma in January 2026, right on his 12th birthday. His cancer is in his 4th rib. He has 2 more days of proton radiation left and he has surgery in Boston to remove 3 ribs. =(. He has about 4-5 more months of chemo, sadly, and just recently lost his eyelashes and eyebrows. Suffice to say, its very difficult to watch his radiation burn. We hope to order a circulating tumor test to test for sensitivity against other natural therapies and off label meds."

We are honored to introduce you all to Eduardo, a brave young boy benefiting from integrative treatments made possible by generous Cancer Response Team donors. Eduardo's mother was kind enough to share his courageous story with us:

"Our son Eduardo is fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a rare and aggressive blood cancer that has completely changed our lives. After months of intensive chemotherapy and his first bone marrow transplant, we hoped we were finally moving toward healing — but just 42 days after transplant, Eduardo relapsed. We are now preparing for a second bone marrow transplant while he continues to endure more treatments, procedures, scans, and long hospital stays at such a young age. Through everything, Eduardo continues to amaze us with his strength, resilience, and joy. As parents, we are doing everything we can to stay focused on giving him the best possible chance at survival, but the emotional and financial burden of long-term medical care, travel, housing, and time away from work has been overwhelming."

We are thrilled to introduce our community to Wyatt, a brave young boy receiving integrative treatments supported by CRT. His mother, Maggie, shared his story:

"After a month of unusual sleep, agitation, and loss of appetite, Wyatt woke on April 26, 2025 with tremors in his legs. In the ER we learned a baseball-sized tumor was on his brain. The next day an external ventricle drain was placed, then a 16-hour surgery to remove the tumor. We waited weeks for pathology and focused on rebuilding his strength and walking. After two weeks we transferred for rehab, but his EVD leaked and more intracranial pressure required another surgery.

The pathology was choroid plexus carcinoma, a tumor under 1% of brain cancers. Most providers had little experience with it, so we worked with many teams to craft a plan. At Duke we learned tumor remained and chemo had to start immediately. Wyatt used a walker he called his “choo choo." After his first chemo he had a seizure, then months of vomiting and difficulty eating; we moved from an NG tube to a G-tube. He had three rounds of induction chemo, another surgery, bridge chemo with lumbar injections, then three transplant chemo rounds, finishing chemo in February. Our next MRI is April 29.

At home, I’ve supported Wyatt with ozone therapy, red light, a PEMF mat, supplements, and pharmagenetics testing. Duke is monitoring mutations via specialized CSF testing. I’m also working with a naturopathic oncologist and his oncologist agreed to mebendazole for maintenance. Being out of work over a year, we’re grateful to organizations like Cancer Response Team for helping with financial strain."

We are honored to introduce everyone to Gabriel, a brave young boy who was diagnosed in 2024 with a low grade glioma of the brainstem.

To help aid Gabriel with his integrative/complementary cancer treatment, Cancer Response Team is providing financial support to help cover associated costs.

Please give a warm welcome to the newest member of our cancer warrior community, Chloe! Her mother, Annie, was kind enough to share a little bit about Chloe's story with us:

"Chloe was diagnosed 9 years ago this month, and it’s been an incredibly long road for our fighter. Since beginning chemotherapy, she has never had more than six months off treatment. After relapsing again last September, she began her sixth treatment protocol.
We are so grateful for the ability to support her body with holistic therapies alongside traditional care. This combined approach has truly made a difference in Chloe’s recovery and her overall health. 💛 "

Please head to CancerResponseTeam.org to discover how you can help Cancer Response Team give children like Chloe the best chance at recovery possible. They deserve nothing less.

Cancer Response Team is honored to welcome Nathan into our resilient community of cancer warriors. Nathan's aunt, Tica, was kind enough to give us a glimpse into her nephew's inspiring story thus far:

"Nathan is a wonderful, sweet 5-year-old boy who brings so much joy to everyone around him.

He is a kind, funny, and very curious little boy. Nathan is obsessed with snakes and also loves ocean animals — he can spend hours watching them.

He just completed his second cycle of chemotherapy, but he still has a long and very difficult road ahead, including:
• more rounds of intensive chemotherapy
• major surgery
• stem cell collection and transplant
• radiation therapy
• followed by immunotherapy "
