Pack 178 went to R-C Scout Ranch for a fun camping trip. The scouts did crafts, went crawdad fishing, and had fun around the campfire with skits and s’mores. Our Pack is open to Boys and Girls in grades K-5, reach out to us at [email protected] for more information.

Pack 178 is Ahwatukee’s oldest Cub Scout Pack, serving the youth in the community since 1980. Our Pack brings youth from all over Ahwatukee and the East Valley together to join together in the Cub Scout Program. With a year round program that includes 4 camping trips each year, monthly adventures beyond our regular meetings and a whole lot more; Pack 178 may just be the unit to bring your family the lifetime memories of Cub Scouting!

Cub Scouting is a flexible program and designed to allow Scouts to be part of a Pack while making it easy to enjoy other activities, like sports!

You are invited to check us out at any upcoming meeting, we have two that will kick off your School year! On August 1st starting at 6 PM we will have a movie and game night for a relaxed setting to meet your Pack and leaders while having some fun. On August 11th starting at 6 PM is a Pack meeting focused on learning about Scouting and signing up to join in the adventure. Both will be held in the Gym at Mountain View Lutheran Church (11002 S. 48th Street).

🚤 Build, Race, and Explore with Cub Scout Pack 178! 🧭

Join Cub Scout Pack 178 for a fun-filled morning at Western Star Park on Saturday, June 14th from 9–11 AM!

We’re inviting boys and girls in grades K–5 to get creative by building boats from recycled materials and racing them against friends and Scouts. It’s a great place to learn about Cub Scouting and the exciting adventures that await!
