You don’t have to do this alone.

Our virtual support groups are designed specifically for family caregivers of children and adult children with disabilities. These groups offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, share what’s on your mind, and spend time with people who understand the realities of caregiving.

We offer groups for caregivers of children of different ages:

📅 Ages 13+: Every other Wednesday, 9:30–10:30 AM
📅 Ages 0–12: Every other Thursday, 9:30–10:30 AM
📅 All ages: Every 4 weeks on Friday, 8:30–9:30 PM

There’s no pressure to have the right words or to participate in any particular way. Sometimes simply being in a space where you feel understood can make a difference.

Our next round of support groups are next week on 8/19 (ages 13 and older), 8/20 (ages 0-12), and 8/21 (all ages evening group).
