Mercy Care is a local not-for-profit managed care organization. We provide coverage for people who qualify for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) benefits.

Mercy Care Advantage (HMO SNP) is a health maintenance organization special needs plan. We provide Medicare benefits to people who qualify for Medicaid (AHCCCS), as well as Medicare Parts A and B.

Our plans
We have services and supports for members through five Medicaid or Medicaid/Medicare plans:

Mercy Care ACC-RBHA
Short for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Complete Care Regional Behavioral Health Agreement. Physical and behavioral health care coverage (general mental health and substance use concerns) for AHCCCS members. We also serve people with a serious mental illness (SMI) designation, providing this coverage and more.

Mercy Care Long Term Care
Physical and behavioral health care coverage. We serve Elderly and Physically Disabled (EPD) Long Term Care (LTC) members. People get care and services as part of the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS).

Mercy Care Developmental Disabilities
Physical and behavioral health care coverage with limited long-term services and supports. We serve members of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). People get long-term care and services for developmental or cognitive disabilities.

Mercy Care DCS CHP
Short for the Department of Child Safety Comprehensive Health Plan. Physical and behavioral health care coverage. We serve all children and youth in foster (out-of-home) care.

Mercy Care Advantage
Health maintenance organization special needs plan (HMO SNP). Provides Medicare benefits to people who qualify for Medicaid, as well as Medicare Parts A and B.

Social Saturdays are back at SEEDs! Explore new interests and make friends. Social Saturdays are for autistic youth and adults, ages 14 and up. There is no maximum age limit to participate. You do not have to be a SEEDS participant to attend. Events take place from 10AM to 2PM and will be held on October 10, October 24, November 7 and November 21.

The cost to participate is $45 per person. We are an approved ESA Vendor too! Contact us at (602) 253-4471 to register. Registration is required and new participants will be asked to complete program documentation in advance. SEEDs is located at 3420 S. 7th St. Phoenix, AZ 85040.
