Over the summer, without meals provided at school, many families will need extra help feeding the kids during the day. If you are able, please help our neighbors by purchasing some food and drinks from our wishlist. Items will be sent to us and placed into the Little Free Library outside Bustleton Learning Center (6600 Bustleton Ave).

If we get something like this, I could attach it securely to the wall, where the original pantry was. No more issues with wind! We can't permanently put anything on the ground because we don't own the land, and the church next door is under construction, so anything on that path could get damaged by their work crews. We are committed to keeping our pantry outside, where those in need can access it 24/7, no registration or ID required! Same goes for donating- we want neighbors to be able to add items whenever it's convenient. Your donations allow us to help our neighbors. 🧡

Big thanks to whomever donated pop tarts and a can opener from our Amazon wishlist! 🧡 I'll put them in the little free library tomorrow (out front of Bustleton Learning Center, 6600 Bustleton Ave).

We are trying to buy a small cabinet that can be secured on top of the wall in between the school and church. There is one on our Amazon wishlist which is $60, for anyone who would like to purchase it directly (it will be sent to us and assembled right away). About to add a few things to the Little Free Library in front of Bustleton Learning Center (6600 Bustleton Ave). Some baby food, jalapeño mac & cheese, and a few chocolates. I got these all on clearance at Acme today.

Well...we tried. The donated cabinet was knocked down and some parts broke, so we have to scrap it. I am going to look for a small horizontal cabinet that can sit up on the wall and be attached to the wall for security.
