The Behavioral Health Training and Education Network - BHTEN held a Gun Violence Awareness Day Conference yesterday, and one of our Together Through Trauma (TTT) therapists had wonderful things to say: “It was amazing seeing people uplifting and encouraging each other for a common goal of safety, hope and solutions. Learning about the different ways to become an advocate for those affected by gun violence through the many programs available within the community was encouraging and inspiring.” CFAR is so proud that our TTT program continues to offer FREE trauma therapy, workshops, trainings, and outreach to Philadelphia communities that have been heavily impacted by gun violence.
