A 10-Year Development Strategy for Children :

Government can establish an engineering institution in a selected location. Furnished it with the most update and make it a state-of-the-art learning center.

Scout and gather the best 300-500 students from around the country - from age 10 and above. Bring in the best engineering instructors on attractive contracting offers and commit those students to a 10 years consistent and uninterrupted training program in chemical engineering, biological engineering, environmental engineering, structural engineering, civil engineering, architectural and mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, applied technology and computer engineering, robotics and manufacturing engineering, electrical and electronics engineering fields.

A 10 year old student would have become 20 years old and 15 would have become 25, and 20 would be 30, according to their age category, will be ready to work in various fields and sectors. Can Liberia sustain that? YES WE CAN.

Even if all 300-500 students didn't endure the courses, at least it is expected between 100-200 will complete and become Liberia's own most needed experts, a scientific and knowledgeable labor force with transferable knowledge.

Established research labs and workshops and put them to work.

A10-year consistent and uninterrupted training will create a new breed of engineers and scientists that will build the most incredible Liberia we could ever imagine.

After 10 years, government can decide to diversify the program or maintain a regimented education program that will take Liberia out of the dust forever.

A 10 million start up package can put this program into motion. It takes only a strong will and commitment. Government resources being corrupted each year is way more than 10 million.

Did any of the political aspirants think about this? LIBERIA MUST RISE AGAIN.

Children are the EMBANKMENT of the falling generations. They are there to either hold us up, or replace us when we fade. Train them, protect them: DEVELOP them.
