Strength in numbers✊

We're proud to announce that we just signed a historic agreement with LiUNA to coordinate strategy, strengthen organizing, and build worker power together!

The construction industry has adopted a model to exploit workers and divide unions, and we know the old playbook isn't working, so we're building a new one — this is what 21st century solidarity looks like.

Our focus is on building worker power and bringing new members into the labor movement. Together, the IUPAT and LiUNA are setting the course for what we should all focus on: building a fighting movement of workers.

Twenty years ago, Local 252 started a tradition that has become so much more than a weekend at the shore. It’s about bringing our DC 21 brothers, sisters, and their families together to strengthen the bonds that make our union strong.

From fishing and golf to waterparks, boardwalk rides, and countless laughs, the memories we’ve made are unforgettable. But the greatest part has always been the fellowship—union families coming together, supporting one another, and proving that our strength extends far beyond the jobsite.

A strong union is built on solidarity, and that’s exactly what this tradition represents. Here’s to 20 years of brotherhood, sisterhood, and family—and to the next 20 years of making memories together in the Wildwoods. Union strong. 💪
