Paschalville Neighborhood Library This location of the Free Library of Philadelphia serves the communities of Paschalville and Elmwood in Southwest Philadelphia.

Paschalville Branch: Located on Woodland Avenue, this branch serves the communities of Paschalville and Elmwood. A newly restored plaque outside the library honors the citizens of Paschalville who died in World War I. The building has a handicapped-accessible ramp.
