Unfortunately none of these babies made it through the night, their injuries were too severe for their tiny bodies. But they were loved and warm for their final moments. 💔

🚨 URGENT RESCUE UPDATE: 6 Newborn Kittens in Critical Condition 🚨
I need to share a heartbreaking situation and ask for every ounce of good thoughts, prayers, and positive energy you can send.

Today, I took in six newborn kittens (only about 7 days old) from a horrific situation. When I picked them up, they were in severe, life-threatening neglect:

They were covered in maggots, specifically concentrated in their ears, tails, and ge***al areas (de-gloved/severe tissue damage).

Tragically, one has already passed away.

Two more are actively fading and in critical condition right now.

What is being done right now:

I have administered Capstar to help kill the maggots from the inside out.

I have manually flushed out and removed as many maggots as humanly possible.

They are being kept warm and as comfortable as possible tonight.

We are heading to the vet first thing in the morning for emergency medical intervention, pain management, and wound care.

This is an incredibly tough night. I am doing everything in my power to keep the remaining babies stable, but we need a miracle. I will keep everyone updated after the vet visit tomorrow. Thank you to everyone sending love to these sweet souls. 🐾❤️
