Epsilon Rho Sigma (ERS) Alumnae Chapter happily serves the greater Pensacola, FL area and the surrounding Emerald Coast (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay counties). We are the graduate advisor to the Tenacious Tau Beta Undergraduate Chapter serving the campus of University of West Florida. Through Sisterhood, Service, and Scholarship we hope to uplift and improve our community and m

aintain our sorority motto "Greater Service, Greater Progress."

In keeping with the mission of our founders, it was an honor to present a donation to Jacqueline Harris Preparatory Academy! JHPA is a public charter school in Escambia County that serves at-risk students from pre-k to 5th grade. Their motto being “Enter to Learn, Depart to Serve.”

We also hold space for those navigating grief, loss, and longing on this day.

Introducing the Deuce of the Spring ‘26 line, Candace Helder! 💛💙

Soror Helder is a dedicated scholar and servant leader who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security from American Military University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Global. Her journey reflects a commitment to growth, leadership, and excellence in every space she enters.

With over two decades of unwavering service, Soror Helder has honorably served in the United States Air Force since June 28, 2005, and will retire on July 1, 2026, completing 21 years of impactful and distinguished service. Her legacy is one of discipline, resilience, and purpose-driven dedication.

Beyond the uniform, she is a devoted wife and proud fur-mom who finds joy in traveling, paddleboarding, reading, gardening, and pouring into her community. As she prepares for her next chapter, she looks forward to continuing her education, cultivating a small-scale farm, and launching a YouTube channel to inspire others through her journey, passions, and growth.

Poise, powerful, and radiant—it’s only fitting that as a Σigma woman, her name is Golden DeΣtroyer 💛✨

Introducing the Ace of the Spring ‘26 line, Jessica Bryant! 💙💛

Soror Bryant is a proud graduate of Columbia Southern University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an outstanding 3.89 GPA. Her academic excellence is reflected through her Magna Cum Laude honors, President’s List recognition, and induction into both the National Society for Leadership and Success and Omega Nu Lambda Honors Society.

A woman of strength and service, Soror Bryant honorably served in the United States Air Force from 2006 to 2024, retiring as a Mental Health Technician and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. During her service, she deployed in support of the Afghanistan War, responded to international incidents, and lived abroad for six years—leaving a lasting impact wherever she went.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is a devoted wife and mother of four who enjoys traveling, laughter, sweet treats, and uplifting those around her. She continues to serve as a civilian addictions counselor and as a Florida Association for Addictions Professionals committee chair, while also exploring business ventures and preparing to begin her Master’s journey in Spring 2026.

Graceful, powerful, and radiant—it’s only fitting that as a Σigma woman, her name is Blue AphRHOdite 💙✨
