This is a reminder that the next quarterly payments are approaching. Please keep the following information in mind regarding your upcoming assessment due April 1st 2026

- Due Date: All payments are due on the first day of each quarter. However, we allow until the 15th as a courtesy period to receive and procces the payment,.

- Coupon Books: If you have already received a coupon book, please note that you will not receive additional coupons for this quarter. Please use the coupons previously provided.

- Multiple Payments: If you are sending multiple payments, please ensure that each payment is sent with the correct coupon slip in a separate envelope.

- Payment Identification: Including a coupon slip with your check is not required. As long as your check is correctly addressed and clearly includes your account number, we can process your payment. If you do not have your coupon slips, please use the following mailing address:

To help keep our community safe, accessible, and looking its best, please remember the following important parking guidelines:

🚫 No Street Parking
Parking on community roadways is strictly prohibited at all times. Emergency access requirements mean roads must remain clear, and vehicles parked on the street may receive citations, fines, or be towed.

🌱 No Parking on Lawns or Swales
Parking off the pavement damages grass and landscaping, negatively impacting the appearance of our neighborhood and property values. Vehicles parked on lawns or swales are subject to violations and fines, and owners may be responsible for repair costs.

🅿️ Use Designated Areas Only
Residents and guests should park in garages, driveways only.

Your cooperation helps maintain safety, emergency access, and community pride for everyone.

Bulk trash collection occurs every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month.

If you currently have bulk trash placed outside before the scheduled pickup date, it must be removed immediately.

Violations are being issued for early placement of bulk items.

🚗 Slow Down. Lives Depend on It.

Speeding may save a few minutes, but it can cost a lifetime. Every street in our community is shared by families, children, pets, cyclists, and neighbors who deserve to feel safe.

Please stay alert and aware of your surroundings. Watch for kids playing, pets crossing unexpectedly, and pedestrians walking near the road. A moment of caution can prevent a tragedy.
