We had 12 cans of Alfamino Infant Formula and 12 bottles of Enfamil Neuro PRO donated. If you, or someone you know is in need of these, comment below to arrange a pick-up time. We are open today until 2pm.

A note from our Executive Director,

This week, June 1st-June 4th, I will be away on a mission trip. While I will not be here, I have a dedicated group of volunteers who will be. We will be operating during our normal business hours and our volunteers are ready to help you get to the resources you need!

I will have limited access to my email but please feel free to reach out if you need me and I will respond when I can.

Please pray for our mission team, the people we will have the privilege to serve, and that many would come to know Christ as their personal Savior!

Happy Memorial Day!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Their sacrifice is a gift we can never repay, but one we should never forget.

We were so grateful to be able to celebrate this holiday with our friends today! A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today’s lunch possible for the women we serve. ❤️

Because of your generosity, they were able to step away from the stress of life for a little while, share a meal, laugh, smile, and simply feel loved and cared for. More than that, today gave them something many are longing for—a feeling of family, connection, and belonging.

***Special thanks to John Firstbrook for cooking the hotdogs. The ladies loved them!

So thankful for State Representative Kenneth Paschal and his willingness to always make time to meet with us, check in on how our ministry is doing, and ask how he can help support the work we are doing in our community. Even more meaningful is his heart to pray for us and stand alongside us in faith. We are truly grateful for leaders who not only serve, but genuinely care. Thank you, Rep. Paschal, for your encouragement, support, and prayers!

Our Executive Director, Amanda Claridy, was able to attend the Association of Christian Recovery Ministries Quarterly Training and learn invaluable tools that will help The Resting Place be all that it can be as a ministry. We are so grateful for this partnership!
