Our Story
Josh was medically retired from the US Army in the Spring of 2012 after 11 years of service to include 2 deployments to Iraq. After this happened both Josh and Jessica always would seek out different ways to still be involved with the military community and support Veterans in any way that they could. Once Jessica discovered Wreaths Across America she knew in heart that this was a perfect way to not only REMEMBER and HONOR our Veterans, but also to TEACH her two children the about the true cost of Freedom. Ronald Reagan once said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.” This is our foundation that we strive to pass along to our children.
In 2017, Josh and Jessica had 872.5 sponsored wreaths sent to Arlington National Cemetery. In 2018, they moved back home to Arizona and were able to have 299 sponsored wreaths send to Arlington National Cemetery.
Here we are in 2019 ready to take on an ambitious task of getting wreaths sent to our hometown of Payson, Arizona to have our “hometown heroes” sponsored. Payson has always been a patriotic town, and as long as we are around it always will be.
