Someone tried to get into my Facebook account within the last hour. Was notified someone tried to change my password. Not me, I said. I am unable to change my true password at this time, so dear friends..... be careful and watch your accounts like a hawk, too.

I created an acronym for a speech I gave:
STRESS = SOARING TENSIONS RAPIDLY ERASE SENSE and SIGHT.

Write that down! Keep it where you can find it again. We all live with stress from time to time. Sometimes a little stress is good for us. If it begins to pile up and there's no end in sight, please remember that very quickly our mind loses quality reasoning along with normal visions of a good life. We need to just stop, be quiet, realize that we have allowed ourselves to dwell on what is not right instead of the things we are grateful for and happy about. Return to the point where we acknowledge what is not good, but do not let that control us. You are the only one who has control over you. Nothing and no one is worth losing yourself.
