Come to Post 69 for Thanksgiving! We'll be open from 10 until 4, serving from 1 until 3:30 to all Veterans (with proof), members and guests of a member. Please feel free to bring your favorite dish to share.

Just a heads up. Post 69 will not be having our fish fry on Friday October 31st. We will be having our annual Halloween party beginning at 1700 hours for members and their guests. Potluck, games, costume contest and so on. Come join in the fun!

We will be holding a celebration of life for our beloved Bob Shaw on July 5th at 2 pm. He was a long-standing member of the American Legion and our bartender for 15 years. He is dearly missed by many. Please bring your funny stories with/about Bob to share and your favorite dish for the potluck following his celebration.

The fish fry is cancelled for the 4th of July. We will be having a members 4th of July potluck celebration at 2pm. The Post is making pulled pork, coleslaw and cowboy beans. Bring your favorite dish!

This Sunday, June 22nd, we will be having a celebration of life for Sylvia Miller and her grandson, Gregory Miller. All who loved them are welcome.
Our hearts are broken for such a terrible loss.

Rod Huff, American Legion Post 69 Legionair and Director of the American Legion Riders, Payson High School Principal and some faculty members raising the new flag at the High School. Donated by American Legion Tonto Rim Post 69. We also donated the flag on the football field to fly over the 2025 graduates. Our Post is dedicated to maintaining the American flags that fly above our community.

It’s Dart League & Taco Night! The Tamale King will be set up from 4-7pm! Dart League is open to non-members. They just need to be signed in by a member.

We’re starting a Dart League AND Taco Night with The Tamale King on Tuesdays starting May 6th. The Dart League is open to members and non-members. Non-members must be signed in by a member and members that sign in guests must stay until their guest/s leave. Details will be provided on Tuesday night.
