I am a Volunteer, in Washington State, with
KC HELP. (Knights Community Hospital Equipment Lending Program).
We loan out durable medical equipment . No cost, keep it as long as you need it.
I bring surplus equipment down to San Felipe a couple times a year a year. It has grown from wheelchairs, walkers, canes & crutches to include Personal Hygiene products, assorted medical supplies, Orthopedic supplies, etc. It is all given away. There are 15 emergency closets that have WC’s, walkers, canes & crutches.
I ask that they let me know when they need replenished.
Kyle Crawford is with Patricia Orozco Birza.
I saw Sharon Rhodes post for KC Help. Thought I'd post some photos of the difference she makes for people. This is just a few. There are several hundred. Some of the special chairs cost several thousand dollars.
