Luis believes that we all have something very special in us and that we should execute our passions & gifts to empower the people around us (see Matthew 25:14-30). Whenever we sow our talents, time & treasures to advance the kingdom the final outcome is always supernatural [increase] for others. The passion of City Crew is to help and to serve people obtain full time employment through discipleship. Every 'story' is unique, but typically most people join us anywhere from 2 to 3 months and our crew usually consist of 2 to 3 workers. When the time approaches (each case is differant) the goal is to be searching for full time employment taking what they have learned both naturally & spiritually into their new sphere of [influence] becoming the agent of change. Yes not only are they being prepared for work, they are being [equipped] for ministry. Sadly to say City Crew is not the final destination (It always hurts when people move on because you become apart of their [life]). You can say we are the stepping stones and building blocks for every successes. Instead of going to an interview with no job or work history they approach their future employer with work experience, confidence and a letter of recommendation. This is a [powerful] reality of what we are seeing! People's lives & families are being radically restored through work & faith and the message of the gospel is being carried to a new working place environment. Matthew 28:19
