On Sunday, June 7, from 9am-1pm or until sold out, the Sons of Campbelltown American Legion Post 831 will host a Chicken BBQ for $9.00. The Auxiliary will offer baked goods for purchase. A satisfying breakfast will be available from 9-11:30am inside the legion. Campbelltown American Legion Post 831

Several members of the Campbelltown American Legion Sons were guests of Susquehanna Service Dogs for a facility tour. Malcolm, a 4-year-old yellow lab, and Malissa served as our guides. Malcolm took us on a tour of the kennels, which were exceptionally maintained, and the food and snack room, which was his favorite spot. Following a visit to the unoccupied maternity area, we toured the grooming room, which was meticulously maintained. Malcolm limited our stay to prevent dog hair from accumulating on our clothing. We then proceeded to the play yard, where Malcolm's friends were playing with a volunteer, and we concluded the tour in the training room, where Malcolm demonstrated his skills. The Sons' Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Manada Golf Course in Grantville, and this year, we will be accepting donations for Susquehanna Service Dogs.

We hope every mother had a wonderful Mother's Day ❤️ last Sunday. To earn additional appreciation from mom, consider stopping by the Campbelltown American Legion Post 831 to pick up a chicken BBQ $9 from 9am-1pm or until sold out this Sunday, from the Sons of the American Legion. You are also invited to take her inside for breakfast from 9-11:30am, which is open to the public. Afterwards, be sure to check out the delicious baked goods available at the Auxiliary's event. The Wall That Heals is a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington. It travels to communities around the country. Campbelltown, Lebanon County, will be one of those communities.
