Pittsburgh Icemen "It's a great day for hockey." Badger Bob Johnson Created in the fall of 1997, and founded for two reasons. We look forward to seeing you on the ice.

To work with our communities and take a leadership role in community development activities in the Pittsburgh region, by playing in charity games, and team fundraisers. Second, to play hockey at a competitive level and foster camaraderie between fellow police officers, medics, and other members of public safety. These players donate their time and efforts to raise funds for the teams and organizat

ions we support. The teams that we play keep all funds, or direct them to the charities of their choice. Furthermore, by introducing the sport of amateur hockey to various groups, the Pittsburgh Icemen promote teamwork, dedication, and good sportsmanship. Thank you to the Malone Family Foundation for a wonderful night at the Black & Gold Gala! We are honored to have attend this wonderful event for the past three years. Our members have been able to take part in different opportunities to help heal and grow because of the wonderful work they are doing. Please take a minute to check out the amazing work they are doing for our veteran and first responder communities. Hockey is healing!
