The Strides of Love Family Fun Run is more than a race—it’s a way to directly support vulnerable children and families in our community.

Funds raised help:
• Support foster and kinship placements
• Prevent children from entering care
• Support youth aging out of foster care
• Help reunify families

Every paid registration includes a tote bag, finisher medal, and raffle entry.

Launching something new in ministry can feel overwhelming, especially when church teams are already balancing so many responsibilities. That’s why CarePortal doesn’t simply hand churches a program and expect them to figure it out alone.

Every church is paired with a local Church Ambassador who walks alongside leadership to help create a customized launch plan that fits the church’s size, schedule, and capacity. Ambassadors help train volunteers, organize response teams, and guide churches as they begin responding to real needs from families in crisis within their own communities.

The goal isn’t perfection or doing everything at once. It’s building a sustainable rhythm of practical care that helps vulnerable children and families feel supported, seen, and connected to a caring community.

Since the very beginning of Beautiful Redemption, we have connected faith communities, child welfare agencies, and individuals to serve tens of thousands of children in crisis. During National Foster Care Month, we’re reminded why this mission matters so deeply.

If we want to change the future for the next generation, we have to start at ground zero — the foster care system. The reality is that the statistics are often stacked against these children, but we believe their stories are not defined by statistics. They are defined by hope, love, and community.

Jesus said that true religion is to care for orphans and widows, and He also said that whatever we do for the “least of these,” we do for Him. Every meal provided, every placement supported, every child loved — it ministers directly to the heart of God.

Not everyone is called to foster, but everyone can do something. Together, the Church can bring hope, healing, and redemption to children who need it most. 💙
