Our donation pile is growing!!Tomorrow is the last day to drop your donations off at the PAR office. Paper towels, bleach, string mops, small blankets, toys, bottled water, canned dog food and cat food, Pedigree dog food, Pedigree Kitten Chow, Non clumping cat litter, detergent are what is needed. Let’s help these fur babies.

Calling on all our REALTORS®, Affiliates, and community members!

Our BARC-tober donation drive is coming to an end on Friday, October 30, 2026, but there's still time to make a difference!

The Palestine Association of REALTORS® is collecting much-needed supplies for the Anderson County BARC Humane Society, and we would love your help!

From pet food and cleaning supplies to toys and blankets, every donation helps! Please see the flyer for the complete list of needed items.

And as we wrap up BARC-tober, we're heading straight into our next community project — Elf Express Thanksgiving Giving!
Help us provide Thanksgiving meals to local families in need!

How to Participate:

Purchase the food items listed on the attached Elf Express Thanksgiving Food Box Donation List.

Please include the quantities listed for each item.

Place all donated food items together in a box.

Drop off your completed box at the PAR AE's office, 114 E. Palestine Ave., Ste. B, Palestine, TX.

Don't Have Time to Shop?

You can donate $65.00 to cover the cost of one Thanksgiving meal box.

Cash or checks accepted.

Make checks payable to CCACC.

Write Elf Express on the memo line.

Deadline: Friday, November 20, 2026

📢 OUTDOOR WARNING SYSTEM TEST | NOVEMBER 4, 2026

The City of Palestine will conduct its monthly Outdoor Warning System test on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

During the test, outdoor warning sirens throughout the city will sound for approximately 90 seconds.

THIS IS ONLY A TEST. No action is required.

Please remember that outdoor warning sirens are designed to alert people who are outdoors and may not be heard indoors.

The City of Palestine appreciates the community's cooperation as we continue testing the Outdoor Warning System to ensure its readiness in the event of an emergency.
