Districto 211 esta dando comidas para personas de 18 años o menos en las escuelas descrita abajo de Junio 3 a Julio 16! No necesita atender la escuela para recibir la comida.

District 211 is offering free meals for persons ages 18 and younger in the schools listed below from June 3 to July 16. You don't have to attend the school to receive the food.

Free Baby Gear! Having a baby can get expensive and we can all use a little help these days. We are forever thankful to our Schaumburg Township for this great program that allows clients to choose from new and gently used items for babies aged 0-1 years old! ALL ITEMS ARE FREE – no selling allowed and no swapping items needed to participate. While no entry fee is required, a food pantry donation is appreciated. No pre-registration is required. The Dept of Justice R & A program allows POC to bring immigration legal support and representation to low income persons in our area. This program is currently in danger due to changes at the Dept of Justice. We need your help to keep this program going. Contact your congressperson and let them know that this program is pivotal in bringing immigration justice in our communities.

What does DOJ Accreditation and Recognition mean? From Justice.gov:
Federal regulations at 8 C.F.R. § 1292.1(a)(4) allow non-attorney “Accredited Representatives” to represent [immigrants] before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), which includes the immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). ☞These representatives are accredited through the R&A Program, which aims to increase the availability of competent immigration legal representation for low-income and indigent persons, thereby promoting the effective and efficient administration of justice. Accredited Representatives may only provide immigration legal services through Recognized Organizations. Only non-profit, federally tax-exempt entities may apply to be recognized [such as POC].
