Today, Walk MS brought together a passionate community of people fundraising to support everyone affected by multiple sclerosis. Pat C. lived with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS) and, despite his gradual loss of mobility, always found a way to participate. He loved being surrounded by so much encouragement and support every year. We walk for Pat, our families, friends, and over 2.8M people struggling with unpredictable and often disabling symptoms.

Since 2012, Team Forza has contributed nearly $135,000 to help the National Multiple Sclerosis Society fund groundbreaking research, provide life-changing programs, and guarantee a supportive community for those families who need it most. Blackhawks fans, SHARE! $5 tickets on Wednesday... Come to watch Toews, DeBrincat, Schmaltz, Saad, local NHL players and prospects in the Chicago Pro Hockey League. Hockey in July? Sign us up. The Chicago Pro Hockey League is set to begin on Wednesday at MB Ice Arena, which will feature more than 80 professional hockey players and 80 elite amateurs.

Thank you for your overwhelming support, thoughts and prayers, Team Forza donations supporting the National MS Society, Greater Illinois Chapter and for taking the time to attend Pat Cucci's unforgettable memorial and mass. We couldn’t imagine a celebration of life anywhere but his happy place, the hockey rink where he coached, to send him off in style with Sinatra... He truly did it his way!
