October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and we want to keep cultivating a culture of honor at Hope.

Scripture reminds us to recognize and honor those who have faithfully served, led, taught, prayed, cared for people, and carried responsibility in the local church.

Throughout this month, take a moment to encourage the pastors who have poured into this house: through a card, a note, a prayer, a gift, a testimony, or simply telling them what their investment has meant to you.

Honor doesn’t have to be elaborate. Sometimes a few sincere words mean more than we realize.

October gives us a reason to say out loud what we should probably say more often: we are grateful for our pastors!

Throughout this month, we’re going to take time to celebrate Pastor Dave (Retired), Pastor Jacques, Pastor Noah, and Pastor Ashley individually - not just for what they do on Sundays, but for the ways they pray, lead, teach, care, carry vision, and invest in people all week long.

If one of them has made a difference in your life, don’t wait for a public moment. Send the message. Write the note. Buy the coffee. Speak the encouragement. Let them know.

We’re coming to stand in the gap for one another, use the gifts God has placed in us, and believe together for strongholds to break, burdens to lift, and breakthrough to come.
