A division of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, Paducah Young Professionals (PYP) is being developed to establish social and professional opportunities for emerging leaders, age 21-40. The goal of PYP is to connect, engage and develop our community’s current network of young professionals and entice others to relocate to our com

munity. Through networking, professional development, community service and corporate tours, PYP members will be able to meet and connect with established leaders and like-minded professionals. Call 270-443-1746 or email [email protected] for more information. Why should I become a member?
• To interact socially with people who have similar interests or goals
• To expand your social opportunities through fun and exciting organized events
• To build lasting personal and business relationships with the young community and beyond
• To become a part of the up-and-coming area business community
• To give back through the community by participating in and volunteering for local events
• To develop a successful career by taking advantage of educational opportunities and resources covering business practices and strategies
• To stay up-to-date on timely topics affecting you and your business
• To develop a Chamber link through monthly events

• To help retain and attract young professionals to the community
• To have fun and build relationships with people your age! How much does it cost to join?
• The cost for a one-year membership is $50 per year (if employer is a Chamber member) and $75 per year (if employer is a non-Chamber member). Do I have to wear a suit and tie?
• NO! PYP membership represents a vast array of the local workforce and includes recent grads to CEO’s and everything in between. Do I know anyone who is involved?
• Probably so but even if you don’t, who couldn’t use a few new friends!

Calling all Paducah Young Professionals!📣 Join PYP for an exclusive tour of Purple Toad Winery & Distillery on Thursday, May 21st from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This experience will feature a guided tour of the winery followed by a tasting. Tickets are $20 and includes a tasting and light refreshments.

Hey, Paducah Young Professionals!

Join us for DRAW + DINE next Thursday, April 23rd from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Put your name in a hat and DRAW the name of a downtown restaurant to determine where you'll DINE for the evening with other PYP members. This event is open to PYP members and a guest.

We're less than one week away from our Paducah Young Professionals Draw + Dine event next Thursday, April 23rd from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Are you registered? We will kick off the evening at Yeiser Art Center to tour the current exhibit and draw names. This will be a fun, casual night of networking with fellow PYP members! This event is open to PYP members and a guest.

We will also have table hosts at each restaurant to keep the conversation going! There is no cost to attend. Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own dinner.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the annual PYP Breakfast with the Interns sponsored by CFSBank. This morning’s featured speaker was Katie Englert, 2024 Chair of the Paducah Chamber Board and owner of Compass Counseling and Chicken Salad Chick. We appreciate the continued support of PYP Presenting Sponsor Arnold Realty Group.

Breakfast with the Interns is the annual kickoff to the Paducah Chamber Intern Initiative. The Initiative is designed to assist interns who are working in our community to network with our growing population of young professionals, meet other interns who are working in our community, become more informed about our community, develop professional and social skills, and enjoy their summer in Paducah!

Representatives of the Paducah Young Professionals are in Louisville today for the Inaugural Kentucky Young Professionals Summit hosted by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce! We appreciate all of the work that has gone into this event and bringing young professionals across our Commonwealth together.
