It's our mission to preserve the heritage of the City of Pacific Missouri through the restoration & maintenance of historic buildings and artifacts in Old Town Pacific! and to advance the Old Town as a social, cultural, educational & economic center within the Pacific community. Our aim is to foster a prosperous future by celebrating the storied heritage of Pacific, Missouri. We do this primarily

through attracting & supporting local businesses, hosting regionally-recognized events, as well as restoring & maintaining community developments. The engine driving us forward are things like local partnerships, regional support, as well as statewide collaboration with organizations such as Missouri Main Street connection. We encourage you to get involved in preserving this little piece of America, & explore all that Pacific has to offer.

The amazing Purina Farms dog team will be joining us for two performances showcasing the talent and athleticism of their crew!

PHS ROTC will present the flag, followed by the singing of our National Anthem and a moment of silence as we remember those we lost on September 11, 2001, as well as those who lost their lives in the war on terror.

Our Pacific Partnership board members will be manning the grill! We invite all first responders and current and former members of the military to stop by for a complimentary hamburger or hot dog as a small way of saying thank you for your service.

Pacific Business Highlight of the Week: Today I visited Off the Rails Burger Bar at 100 East Saint Louis Street owned by John Reese. Off the Rails opened about two years ago. It's a great little restaurant with fantastic burgers. John uses locally sourced food ingredients that are freshly prepared. He keeps his menu simple to make the best product possible. Customers come from all over the area for an Off the Rails Burger. John hopes to eventually renovate the second floor for more dining and game room. Love to see our historical buildings used for a delicious purpose! Next time you are looking for a great meal consider stopping in at Off the Rails Burger Bar.

Yeehaw! Itโ€™s almost time for the rodeo!!

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at CIty Hall, Red Cedar Inn & Tourism Pacific, MO, B&H Market, and Little Ireland Coffee up until Sept 16th. After that tickets must be purchased on site (if they have not sold out) and will increase in price, so save yourself some $$$ and buy early. (Edited to add: DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM SCAMMERS! There are no online or electronic ticket sales. Please purchase from official locations only!!)

We have a wonderful lineup of vendors (no ticket required for vendor area) and Outlaw/5J Rodeo Company is ready to bring in the best cowboys and cowgirls from all over the area!! Itโ€™s going to be a great time for everyone ๐Ÿค 

*For those asking about bull riding, the rodeo company is working hard to bring in as many contestants as possible for both Friday and Saturday nights. Help them spread the word to be watching to the books/sign up to open soon. ๐Ÿ‚

One of the best things about the Pacific Car Show is how much weโ€™re able to give back to our community! Not only do we award two $1000 scholarships each year, but we also make donations to organizations who help us at the show. This year weโ€™re giving back over $5500 โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Huge thank you to PHS Cheer for helping with the kidโ€™s zone, and AMVETS Post 30 & PHS JROTC for helping with the street closures!!

We couldnโ€™t do this event without the support and assistance of these organizations and we are so grateful for their support!

Pacific Business Highlight of the Week: This is my first Pacific business highlight of the week. I was determined to go somewhere I had not been before. I decided on Eclectic Trading Company (ETC) at 520 W. Osage owned by Bobbie Kassman. What a delightful store that I have been missing out on! Bobbie totally renovated that location on Route 66 and relocated her business there 9 years ago. She offers new, vintage clothing, jewelry and home decor from all over. Her store offers 35,000 items and customers come from the local area and from all over the world. Friday through Sunday you can sip wine while you shop. Please remember this location next time you are looking for something that is unique and fun. What a treasure in our town!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR PACIFIC'S IRON HORSE RODEO!
In partnership with the City of Pacific, the Pacific Partnership is now gearing up for our annual Iron Horse Rodeo on September 18th & 19th. We are looking for a few volunteers to join the fun and make this event a success. We are mostly looking for a few friendly and helpful people to help at the gates.
