Creative works of art and design meet Mother Nature’s ultimate creativity of fall color at the Scarecrow Festival Eureka. Nestled in the foothills of the Missouri Ozarks, and just 25 minutes west of St. Louis, the city of Eureka will come alive the entire month of October with colorful and artistic scarecrows posing regally in front of businesses, churches, schools and private homes. Each one is a

work of art! Whether you visit uptown Eureka, along Fifth Street, running parallel to I-44, or stroll down Central Avenue in downtown/old town Eureka, you will experience a fun and festive feast for the eyes; but make sure you venture down the side streets, too! Scarecrows are “everywhere”! A map showing all scarecrow locations will be available at the Chamber of Commerce office, at businesses throughout Eureka, and online at www.scarecrowfestivaleureka.com.
