This is such an amazing project that these social workers of our public school system has embarked on. This corner serves our community of children and families in so many capacities. The work that they are already doing is monumental. I can’t wait to see the Corner grow, continue to thrive and reach so many of our families that are in need in the County.

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY OF LOVE EVENT last Saturday!!!!

The Granville County Homelessness Initiative extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success!
💙 To our volunteers – Thank you for sharing your time, compassion, and servant hearts.
🤝 To our vendors and community partners – Thank you for providing resources, services, and support to our neighbors, and to Orange Street Community Center for allowing us the space.
👮 To our law enforcement partners – Thank you for helping create a safe, welcoming environment and for your continued commitment to serving our community.
🍞A special thanks to Strong Arm Baking Company : 117 Main st. Oxford, NC., Oxford United Methodist Church, Mother Love INC & A New Life Chapter for food donations.
🚿A heartfelt thanks to Baptists On Mission for providing laundry & shower trailers. Also to Granville County Government (DSS) for trailer space.
🎒Her Helping Hands for passing out and donating filled backpacks.

Day of Love is a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with compassion and a shared commitment to helping others.

Granville County United Way was proud to be a vendor and connect with so many members of our community.
