‼️Summer Registration is NOW OPEN‼️
Please be sure to follow the instructions listed below. Again, if you are RETURNING to our summer program please be sure to verify your information with Ms. Lisa before clicking on the link provided. If you do not, it will slow down the process of registering!
Step 1: Visit - https://bgccliffhagan.my.site.com/portal/s/login/
Step 2: If your child has attended within the last 3 years, please call the Club to verify your email. Failure to do so will result in registration delays and the creation of duplicate accounts.
Step 3: Click Create Account and enter the head of household's information. It's important that the email address we have on file is entered during this process.
Step 4: After creating your account, you will receive an email to reset your password. Create your password and log back into the system.
Step 5: For existing members, the child will be automatically added to your household. For new members, you must add the child to your household by following the steps provided on the webpage.
Step 6: Once their membership is activated and/or renewed, you will then be eligible to register for the summer program. Membership can be found under the "Membership" tab on the webpage. It's important ALL membership questions are answered. Once complete, our team will verify for accuracy.
Step 7: To register for the Summer Program, select Programs - Summer Program - Owensboro Summer Program. Be sure to enroll your child for the appropriate age group: Either 6-11 or 12-18.
Step 8: After clicking Enroll, go to the Cart at the top of the page. Verify you've registered for the correct age group, click next, and add your credit card. Click next and finalize your payment. Once processed, you will see a green check mark saying the payment has been processed. You can choose to email yourself a receipt.
A charge of $25 will be charged for the first week of summer for ages 6-11. Members 12-18 are not charged until June 1st. The next payment will not be processed until Monday, June 8th.
