Eagle OPS Overview

Our Mission : Connecting Relationships & Resources to bring our Heroes Home, One Operation at a Time. EAGLE OPS focuses on direct community engagement & action, creating & mobilizing Rally Points, a concept leveraged from military culture, to connect and build relationships with service members, veterans, their families and Patriots. These Rally Points bridge b

oth relational & resource connections that support our nation’s heroes in their battle for home. Through these relationships EAGLE OPS identifies service members’ and/or veterans’ needs and connects them with the resources to assist them in their transition home. It is our three Rally Point Pillars that empower us to ensure we’re living out our mission. The pillars are below, but ask us to learn more around the why of the mission critical pillars:

The Ask | The Oath | The Challenge

EAGLE OPS mobilizes under four main operations: Outreach, Reach One More, Difference Makers and Operation Hand-Up. These four operations create a platform for our boots on the ground missions.

· Operation Outreach — Direct Community Engagement with other Veteran Service Organizations, Tribes, Government Agencies, the Private Sector, Local Events, etc., where we meet one-on-one with nonprofit leaders, company executives, etc., or set up our Operation Outreach Tent in order to educate, collaborate, and build the community based, unilateral front necessary to bring our heroes home, one operation at a time.

· Operation Reach One More – This operation is mobilized through boots on the ground missions centered upon our Rally Points. Eagle OPS’ Rally Points are specific locations where service members, veterans, & their families, as well as patriots “rally” to form meaningful bonds with each other through social events and activities that we call Rally Points. These connections build upon the meaningful, culturally based normative that we, as veterans, knew in order to form meaningful relationships that combat loneliness, isolation, su***de. We mobilize these via Rally Points.

· Operation Difference Makers – Recognizing the deep military cultural mindset of “Service” that our veterans hold dear, we actively engage community partners to provide opportunities for veterans, veteran families and patriots to be Difference Makers by connecting with each other and their communities through acts of service and volunteerism.

· Operation Hand-Up – This operation exists to fill financial gaps for veteran focused partner organizations. See what our Operation Hand-Up looks like here: www.eagleops.org/handup

HERE is an example of one of our current Rally Point Missions:

Mission - Freedom Shoots (Eagle OPS provides ALL logistics—firearms, ammo, range safety officers, etc., for this Rally Point)

Finally, we have an annual event called our Eagle OPS WELCOME HOME 5K where we honor our service members, veterans, their families, and those who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice via our Honor Mile. We partner with Gold Star Families to make this Honor Mile possible. And thank you to Williams Companies for being one of our first & ongoing major supporters. Below is a short video from the WELCOME HOME 5k Rally Point held at Mohawk Park each year. 🏠 WHAT IF BUYING OR SELLING YOUR HOME COULD PUT MONEY BACK IN YOUR POCKET?

For many Veterans and other community heroes, there are benefits available during a home purchase or sale that they simply don’t know about.

That’s exactly why we brought **Greg Miller** onto the Eagle OPS Rally Point Podcast for this Vet Fest conversation.

Greg is a 23-year Navy Veteran, RE/MAX Realtor, and Homes For Heroes affiliate, and he breaks down a resource that could make a meaningful difference for eligible buyers and sellers.

In this episode, we talk about:

🏡 How the Homes For Heroes program works
🎖️ Who qualifies — and it goes beyond Veterans
💰 How eligible heroes can receive a rewards check after closing
🤝 How savings can potentially be combined across the Realtor, lender, and title company
🇺🇸 Why working with someone who understands VA loans and the Veteran experience matters
📋 What Veterans should know BEFORE choosing a real estate professional

Greg also shares something personal: when he moved his own family from California, he wishes he had known about the program because the savings could have covered the entire cost of his family's move.

That’s the kind of information we want to put in front of Veterans **before** they make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Whether you're a Veteran, active-duty service member, firefighter, law enforcement officer, EMS professional, healthcare worker, or teacher — this conversation is worth your time.

🎙️ Watch the full Vet Fest episode and learn what resources may be available to you.

And if you know someone preparing to buy or sell a home, send this to them.

Sometimes bringing one more isn't about bringing someone to a Rally Point.

Sometimes it's bringing one more resource to someone who didn't know it existed.

🇺🇸 What does it look like when a Veteran is leading the system that serves Veterans?

On the newest episode of the Eagle OPS Rally Point Podcast, we sit down with Dr. Kimberly Denning, DNP, RN, Health System Director for VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care.

Dr. Denning brings a perspective that is both professional and personal. Before becoming a healthcare leader, she served as a U.S. Army military police officer from 1993–2002. She later built a career within the VA, earning her nursing degrees and ultimately her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Today, she leads a healthcare system serving approximately 52,000 enrolled Veterans across 25 counties in eastern Oklahoma, with more than 1,800 employees.

But this conversation goes beyond titles and numbers.

We talk about women Veterans, access to care, leadership, trust, and what the VA is building to better serve the Veteran population in Eastern Oklahoma.

Dr. Denning also shares what her own military experience taught her about leadership — including the importance of being present, listening, and creating an environment where people feel comfortable bringing forward the hard questions.

That matters.

Because serving Veterans isn't just about having programs available. It's about making sure Veterans know where to go, feel heard when they get there, and have leaders willing to listen to what they actually need.

This is an important conversation for Veterans, families, Veteran advocates, community organizations, healthcare professionals, and anyone invested in improving the Veteran experience in Oklahoma.

🎙️ Watch the full conversation with Dr. Kimberly Denning on the Eagle OPS Rally Point Podcast.

And if you know a Veteran who needs to hear this conversation — share it and bring one more.

🎙️ NEW VET FEST EPISODE: NOBODY HANDS YOU THE PLAYBOOK

One day, you’re surrounded by a team. There’s a mission, a structure, and people beside you who understand the world you’re living in.

Then you take off the uniform.

And for a lot of Veterans, the question becomes:

“Now what?”

On this episode of the Eagle OPS Rally Point Podcast: Vet Fest, Ryan “Bacon” Nelson sits down with LS2 Short, a Navy Veteran with nearly 12 years of service, for a conversation about the transition nobody fully prepares you for.

They get into the culture shock of leaving active duty, navigating the reserves, documenting injuries while you’re still serving, VA healthcare and women’s health resources, compensation, and the benefits too many Veterans discover years later.

But underneath all of it is a bigger conversation:

You spent your military career being part of a team. Why should that stop when the uniform comes off?

Transition doesn’t mean you suddenly have to figure everything out by yourself.

Knowing what resources exist matters.
Getting connected early matters.
Documenting what happened during your service matters.
And having people in your corner matters.

That’s what Vet Fest is about — putting information and resources in front of Veterans and their families BEFORE another year goes by wondering, “Why didn’t anybody tell me about this?”

🇺🇸 Transitioning service members
⚓ Veterans & Reservists
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Military families
📋 Anyone trying to understand VA resources and benefits

This episode is for you.

🥋 ROLL. RESET. BUILD RESILIENCE.

This Friday, August 28, we’re hitting the mats for Rolls & Resilience — an Eagle OPS Rally Point built around movement, camaraderie, and real connection.

📅 AUG 28
⏰ 6–7 PM
📍 Burdette Jiu-Jitsu
15085 S Elwood Ave, Glenpool, OK

Never trained before? Perfect.
Experienced? Come roll.
Not sure if this is for you? Just show up.

This is a No-Gi session open to Veterans — men and women — with no prior BJJ experience required.

Jiu Jitsu teaches you to stay calm under pressure, adapt when things don't go your way, trust your training, and keep moving forward.

But this Rally Point isn't really about who taps who.

It's about who you meet.

It's about getting out of the house.
Getting around people who understand.
Putting your body and mind to work.
And building the kind of camaraderie that doesn't happen sitting on the sidelines.

Come get a little R&R — Rolls & Resilience.

🇺🇸 Veterans: Come as you are.
🤝 Bring one more.
