There is something so special about the bond this Stand In The Gap Ministries family has created! 💞 They have grown together, cried together, and walked through some of life’s most unimaginable circumstances together. Through it all, they have continued to show up for one another with love, strength, and encouragement this past year.

What a beautiful and exciting time to come together for food, fellowship, and to celebrate Heather as she graduates from SITG! 🎓💕

These are the moments that remind us just how important it is to have people walking beside us through the hard seasons and cheering us on as we step into new beginnings. What a blessing to celebrate this special milestone with such a beautiful family! 🫶🏼

Today we get to celebrate this amazing lady and ONE 1️⃣ YEAR of sobriety!

Heather’s testimony is being written as she is working toward the life she wants. She’s building a strong family, she’s started a new career as a welder, and has stepped into a leadership role a house mom, pouring into others and herself in this new season.

We are SO proud of you! Your hard work is showing, and it is such a blessing to watch your life continue to flourish. 🫶🏼

✨ AMBASSADOR OF THE MONTH! ✨
Today we’re celebrating someone whose heart for Branch15 is as beautiful as her story. 🌱
Three years ago, God led her to Branch15 while she was living in Florida. Then He called her to move to Owasso so she could become even more involved in serving the women of B15. 🙌🏼

Having walked through her own painful season of divorce, she understands the power of community, encouragement, prayer, and the hope found in Christ. Today, she gets to be that encouragement for women who are bravely working toward lasting change.

She loves worshipping alongside our ladies, joining them for Bible study and prayer, getting to know their stories, and reminding them that they are never alone.

“God brought beauty from ashes, and I am so grateful.”

We are SO grateful for her listening to her call to serve at Branch and moving to Oklahoma. She faithfully shows up, loves deeply, and uses her time and her life to serve something that truly matters. And we’re especially excited that she’s looking forward to semi-retirement so she can pour even MORE time into Branch15! 🎉

4️⃣ YEARS🎉

Today we get to celebrate something BIG, our Branch15 Program Manager, Desirae, is celebrating 4 YEARS of sobriety! 🙌🏼

👏🏼That’s 1,461 days of choosing a different life.
🚫1,461 days of saying NO to things she used to say YES to!
🙌🏼1,461 days of showing up, doing the hard work, and choosing freedom one day at a time.
And we couldn’t be more proud of her! 🫶🏼🎉

But what makes this milestone even more beautiful is seeing the woman she has become, but in the way she now pours into the women at Branch15. She leads with compassion, strength, honesty, and a firsthand understanding that change is possible!

Her story is proof that your past does not get to define your future. There is a life on the other side of addiction.

Meet Ash Lewis! 🫶🏼We are so grateful God brought Ash and her family to Branch15.
Ash serves in LifeKids, teaches our Branch15 kids, and serves as a Stand in the Gap ambassador. Her own journey of restoration has given her a deep heart for women and children who are rebuilding their lives.

Ash says, “Be the person you needed when you were younger.”

And that is exactly what she is doing, showing up with grace, encouragement, and a whole lot of love.

Ash, we are SO thankful you’re part of the Branch 15 family! 💕

When Heather came into the program last year, she had dreams, goals, and prayers for her future. She’s worked hard, stayed committed, and kept moving forward—and now, we get to celebrate a BIG answered prayer: Heather got her driver’s license back! 🎉

For Heather, it’s more than a license. It represents freedom, independence, safety, and restoration. Most importantly, it’s a reminder that God is faithful and that the prayers we pray today can become the testimonies we celebrate tomorrow. 🙏🏼

We’re so proud of you, Heather! This is one more beautiful reminder of how far you’ve come and how much is still ahead. 💕✨
