Each session includes 8 total lessons with both morning and afternoon class times available to fit your schedule. YMCA Swim lessons emphasize water safety and the development of self-esteem in a safe and nurturing environment. In our Volusia Flagler community, it’s vital that people of all ages feel confident and have fun in and around water.

Participants will build character and self-esteem while learning stroke mechanics, proper starting techniques, turns, and finishes. Beyond the fundamentals of swimming and teamwork, kids will develop self-confidence, endurance, and strength that will help shape a brighter future, both in and out of the pool.

💪 Ready to push yourself and see real results?
Our XFT (Extreme Fitness Training) program at the YMCA is designed to challenge both your body and mind through high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Led by certified personal trainers, these results-driven classes focus on building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and helping you reach your health and wellness goals.
Participants receive regular weigh-ins, measurements, and fitness tests to track progress and celebrate achievements along the way.

⏱ Class Length: 45 minutes
📅 Multiple class times available throughout the week
💲 $40 per month for unlimited classes & heart rate monitor
