Tomoka Oaks Developers Want More Houses: Ormond Beach Planning Meeting Thursday Jan 11th 6pm at Tomoka Christian Church on Hand Ave.
We suggest that all Tomoka Oaks, Trails, Escondido Condos, Talaquah and community residents attend this meeting. Developers Rubin, Barshay, Velie want to build more houses on the golf course (317 houses). Let people know how you feel about this possible housing development.
The City of Ormond Beach Planning Board and Commissioners both voted no to an earlier plan (272 houses) by the developers, now they are looking for a zoning change for the golf course.

The zoning map amendment application for the Tomoka Reserve project is scheduled to be heard at the January 11, 2024 Planning Board. The Planning Board meeting location will be at Tomoka Christian Church at 1450 Hand Avenue, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 and will start at 6pm.
