The National Board of Forensic Evaluators (NBFE) is a not-for-profit organization that provides quality training and certification for licensed mental health professionals (counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists) who specialize in forensic mental health evaluation. NBFE provides three certifications: Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (

CFMHE), Certified Child Custody Evaluator (CCCE), and Certified Forensic Behavioral Analyst (CFBA). NBFE is proudly partnered with the American Mental Health Counselors Association and several international, national, state, and local organizations in the mental health profession.
