What a fantastic morning spent beautifying our community! ☀️

We were proud to join Representative Anna V. Eskamani, the Mills50 District, Keep Orlando Beautiful, and O-Town Compost for a final Summer Community Cleanup!

A BIG thank you to the 107+ incredible volunteers who showed up bright and early to lend a hand as we collected a total of 455 pounds of trash! 🚮

📢‼️🛶Calling all kayakers!📢‼️🛶 We would love for you to come out with your kayaks on September 5th and 19th and help clean up litter from the lakes that is just out of reach! We will provide all the supplies you need to collect your treasure and will also have some nets for the landlubbers. You can find more information and sign up at Orlando.gov/kob. We loved hanging out with everyone last night at the Real Florida Movie Night! Congrats to all our bingo winners who went home with plastic free prizes 🙌

We’ll be at Eagle Nest Park bright and early this Saturday. This cleanup will be from 8-10 a.m. in celebration of Plastic Free July! 🙌

Plastic Free July is all about making changes to prevent plastics from impacting our environment in the first place. While you clean up with us keep an eye out for repeat items. I’m sure you’ll start to notice lots of bottle caps, bags, wrappers, and straws. 🥤🔍
