SALT Outreach Inc. Our hours are 9am to 4pm on Sunday and 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday for both outreach services and case management services.

Our mission is to share Christ’s love by serving the unsheltered through comprehensive mobile outreach centers that meet basic needs, catalyze permanent housing solutions, and empower self-sufficiency.

This weekend, we had the pleasure of spending time with the Taylor Morrison Home Funding team! A special thank you to Lisa for bringing everyone together. We’re so grateful they came out to help support their community. They provided supplies, packed more than 576 hygiene kits for our neighbors experiencing homelessness, and took time to learn more about SALT Outreach and the work we do.

We have found a location for our mobile shelter village! Have you heard about the shelter village yet?

Thank you Earth Breeze for your support! They have provided almost ALL of our laundry detergent for over 4 years!

Hear from some of our guests directly in this video on how this has supported them on their journey.

The Earthbreeze partnership helped us to complete over 43,000 loads of laundry for 3,900 different people experiencing unsheltered homelessness.

Laundry doesn’t just help to restore dignity but it’s a key piece in helping people obtain and maintain employment, and eventually obtain housing.

Two weeks ago, cut the ribbon on a laundry trailer, that will partner with us in serving the unhoused in Apopka! 🧺

So far this year, we have served 300 different people experiencing homelessness with over 6,000 services and resources. Currently our team is providing showers, hygiene items, clothing, lunch, and case management. Our case management team helps lead each person they see to employment, housing, and ultimately self-sufficiency. This is all provided to our guests in Apopka 5 days a week! Laundry was the missing piece 🧩

Having access to laundry helps our guests wash their work uniforms, the sheets they sleep on, and maintain their hygiene as they move toward employment and housing!

So excited to get this launched very soon. Thank you Mt Olive SDA Church for your partnership as we work to end homelessness for our guests in Apopka.
