June is Pride Month, and we’re excited to be celebrating with you. Whether it’s at Pride, on campus, or on your phone, OSA is here for ALL students to explore politics and organizing.

We have been fighting anti-LGBTQ+ policy for years, including legislation like SB83 and SB1, which make learning about LGBTQ+ issues at the college level almost impossible. We’ll keep fighting until we have an equitable education for all.

15 students in 48 hours, all passionate about their education, fighting back against HB 698 while they pack their dorms and move home, 5 at the statehouse… And still… there’s people who don’t wanna hear students talking about what we actually think needs to happen on our colleges, even tho we’re the ones who experience it.

Someone’s gotta save higher ed, might as well be the number 1 voice of students and young people in Ohio, OSA. Keep checking in to follow the HB698 process, learn more about the bill, and get updates on if you’ll get the chance to speak your mind on it.
