We are incredibly grateful for partnerships and community collaboration. Thank you to Sunshine Health and Ambetter Health for having us at the In Bloom Community Baby Shower! Our newest team member, Yatab , did a fantastic job representing Our Purpose Project by connecting families to valuable community resources, assisting with raffle entries, and capturing contact information for future follow up and support.

Our Executive Director, Sandra, also had the opportunity to speak with expecting mothers about the key programs and initiatives our organization offers to support families beyond today.

We were so happy to see both familiar and new faces throughout the event. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, connected with us, and welcomed us into your journey.

Every 2nd & 4th Tuesday
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

We will also offer appointments days for individuals and families who may need additional flexibility. You’ll be able to shop for yourself.

No requirements. No judgment. Everyone is welcome.

We’re currently finalizing a few remaining details, updates, and additions, and once complete, we’ll be ready to continue serving our community in an even greater way. Thank you to everyone supporting, encouraging, and growing with us. 💛

ONE LAST OPEN HOUSE BEFORE YCS+ EXPO SUMMER CAMP & COHORT BEGINS!

Join us for our final open house and orientation as we prepare to launch the Youth Career Series (YCS) Summer Cohort 2026! 🎓✨

Parents and students will have the opportunity to:
✔ Meet the team
✔ Ask questions
✔ Review program expectations
✔ Learn about themed weeks, field trips, and activities
✔ Receive updates regarding forms, schedules, and communication

NEW UPDATE:
We are officially transitioning all applications, forms, permissions, and communication to a new digital parent portal experience, My Jumbula, for easier access and communication throughout the program. Bloomz will officially be retired. An email will be sent to all registered families and families who attended our previous open house with updated information, next steps, and portal access details.

Our first YCS Open House Night was a success!Parents came prepared with thoughtful questions, our future campers stayed engaged and excited, and the energy in the room reminded us exactly why this program matters.

A special thank you to our Youth Director, Jae Fortuné, for doing an incredible job presenting and connecting with families. We were also excited to officially welcome our Licensed Youth & Family Support Counselor to the YCS team!

Our next Open House will take place on June 3 and will serve as an opportunity for families to:
• Register for the program
• Receive important program information
• Pick up camp t-shirts
• Meet the YCS staff and team
• Sign consent forms and permission slips

We were made aware that the registration link is currently not working. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and get registration back online as soon as possible. Families can expect follow-up emails today regarding next steps and orientation information. Thank you to the community for trusting us with your children this summer. Your support, trust, and excitement mean everything to us.

And thank you to our Executive Director, Sandra Cèlan Prevalus, for her continued dedication, leadership, and commitment to serving the community and creating meaningful opportunities for youth and families.

Join Our Purpose Project, Inc. and Walmart for a special Workforce Reset Workshop presented by Walmart.

Hear directly from a Walmart Operations Manager and Market Manager about:
• Career pathways within Walmart
• Workplace expectations and hiring insights
• Resume and interview preparation
• Growth opportunities within retail and supply chain careers

Bring your resume. Laptops will be available for resume assistance and job application support.

Participant support may include:
• Gas cards (limited supply)
• A bag of groceries for attendees
• Free LYNX bus passes for eligible active participants
• Childcare support assistance through our program

Today’s Workforce Development Workshop with Wells Fargo with the Pine Hills Branch was a success! Thank you to the Wells Fargo team for taking the time to pour into our community through career insight, banking pathways, professional development, and workforce readiness support.

We are grateful to everyone who attended, asked questions, connected, and took steps toward their future goals. Partnerships like these help create real opportunities and meaningful impact within our community.

We are excited to announce that another workshop with Wells Fargo is already being planned for June. More details coming soon.
