Operation Santa Cause, Inc. 501c3 Non Profit We are dedicated to giving back, raising funds to purchase toys for the holidays for our local Northeast Florida National Guard and Gold Star children

We started more than 10 years ago, hosting fund raising softball tournaments each year starting in 2003, for three years straight. We used those funds to purchase toys and other items, on wish lists, for local Northeast Florida non profits. By our third year we had raised a total of over $6,000. Through the years after that, it had been brought to our attention, that our local Florida National Gua

rd families, were struggling to make ends meet, due to the decline in the economy and furloughs, was making the holidays especially tuff. So we shifted our efforts to provide for those children. In 2013, during our first efforts to put together a fundraiser for this, we were able to purchase toys for 250 children. Though we were grateful, we are hopeful that in the continuing years, we may contribute to even more families and continue to broaden our goals and possibly expand our efforts to other National Guard families outside of our local area.
